Ombuds Café
The Office of the Ombuds is excited to launch the new informal learning sessions that focus on conflict management. These sessions will offer faculty and staff a space to come together to discuss a new topic on conflict management once a month.
We will cover “giving and receiving feedback”, “empathy and leadership”, “restoring relationships and trust”, “managing difficult conversations” and many more interesting topics as we experience them in the university setting. Each session will have a cap of 20 participants. We hope that you will join us!
